The Town of Stanley Planning Board will hold public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Webinar – Livestream on Facebook. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following requests for:
- a) Rezoning from R-20 to R-8 parcels 175734, 175761, 175763, and portion of 175764, along NC 27 and Old Mt Holly Road.
- b) Subdivision of parcel 134165 into six parcels, 3 lots to face West Buckoak and 3 lots to face Wilson Street for the purpose to construct duplex apartments.
- c) Subdivision of parcel 134248 into three parcels, 2 lots facing Willson Street and 1 lot access from Short Streeet.
- d) Parcel 213458 zoning from R-20 to R-8 for the purpose of multifamily housing.
The Town of Stanley Planning Board will then provide a recommendation to the Town Council. The Town Council will then hold a public hearing regarding these applications on July 6, 2020 via Zoom Webinar.
The Town of Stanley Board of Adjustments will meet Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom Webinar – Livestream on Facebook, and will hold a public hearing regarding conditional use permit for manufactured home, parcel 177091 at 1509 Kelly Road, Mount Holly, NC 28006.
